You answered: Ground

🌼 Great — you’re planning an in-ground mini meadow

Wonderful — thank you for helping create more space for nature across Barnet 🌼

Mini meadows planted in the ground can become especially valuable habitats for pollinators and other wildlife.

Your next step:
-Choose a sunny designated patch
-Start removing weeds and grass so soil becomes visible
-Wait 2–4 weeks
-Then remove any new weeds again before sowing

This two-step preparation gives your wildflowers the best chance to flourish 🌱

You can sow your seeds anytime from September until the end of October.

And remember:
-You can update your meadow progress at any time via our “meadow status update” emails
-Each meadow counts towards our shared target of 600 mini meadows in 60 days

Thank you for being part of the Mini Meadow Movement.
